Liz O'Kelly concentrates in corporate and health care law. Ms. O'Kelly is experienced in all aspects of health care law, including corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters and has represented a wide variety of entities, including hospitals, health care systems, physicians, group practices, and ancillary service providers. She has created health care compliance programs and educated physicians and hospital employees, officers, and board members on compliance matters. She is also experienced in general business representation, including corporatetransactions, financings, corporate counseling for entities of all types, and not for-profit corporate governance and counseling. Ms. O' Kelly received her A. B. magna cum laude from Smith College in 1981 and her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1984. Ms. O'Kelly's experience includes serving as senior in-house counsel and Corporate Compliance Executive for Northwestern Memorial Hospital, concentrating in corporate, transactional and regulatory health care law. She has also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Lutheran General Healthcare System (now part of Advocate Health Care) and as an associate with a large Chicago law firm.
