Richard Dessimoz concentrates in corporate, estate planning and business succession law. He is experienced in corporate legal and business issues involving both smaller privately owned companies as well as larger public corporations. He has served in various capacities encompassing both legal and executive positions, most recently as the President of the U.S. subsidiary of a large publicly owned Chinese corporation and prior to that as the President of Wabash National Corporation, a large New York Stock Exchange traded transportation equipment manufacturer. Mr. Dessimoz concentrates in financial transactions, estate and gift taxes and mergers and acquisitions.Mr. Dessimoz received his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois in 1969, his J.D. from Northwestern University Law School in 1972 and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1980.
