Pat McMahon concentrates in corporate transactions and estate planning.  Mr. McMahon is experienced in all aspects of business representation including mergers and acquisitions, financing, employment, joint ventures, commercial real estate transactions and succession planning.  His clients include limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, corporations, and sole proprietors.  Mr. McMahon also represents individuals and families in their personal estate planning matters, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and family limited partnerships.

 A Mount Prospect native, Mr. McMahon graduated from Prospect High School in 1984.   He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Indiana University School of Business in 1988 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1993.  

 Prior to joining the firm in 1996, Mr. McMahon was an associate with a large Chicago law firm.

 Mr. McMahon currently resides in Barrington with his two children.
